PASTELS AND DANCE. This morning, I went to Basel with my family for the Degas exposition at the Beleyer Foundation, I knew beforehand that I was going to spend a good moment. One of the things that I admire and appreciate most on earth, is painting, especially the impressionism. I find this technique remarkable : closely, we see stains of color, although by far, a real masterpiece. What I most liked is the brightest room of the museum with an enormous painting of Monet, actually I don't really remember the real name but it was related to the famous "Nymphéas". I was stunned. We can also find in this museum the works of Picasso, Kandinsky, Lichtenstein, Matisse, Cézanne... According to me, Degas is synonymic of dancers, then how couldn't I buy the magnificent poster of the exhibiting?
So, I decided to wear my new COS pullover, which is really comfortable, with a jean slim, and my new Dior earrings which my Mum offered to me. Of course, pink lipstick in order to feminize and illuminate the outfit, with heels.

Impressionism is my favourite part of the art history, I could spend the entire day admiring Monet's work, it's so touching and brilliant. And I love how Degas captured dancers and the motion, wonderful :) Love the pink lipstick, perfect finishing touch :D
